Contact SupportGetting started
Scoutletic is a sports-focused platform that connects athletes, parents, coaches, scouts, managers and teams in one place. Athletes build a profile that showcases who they are on and off the field, and coaches, scouts and teams use discovery, opportunities and messaging tools to find and connect with the right people.
It is built for anyone involved in the recruiting journey: athletes who want to be seen, parents and guardians who help manage a young athlete's presence, coaches and scouts who evaluate and recruit talent, and managers who run teams and post the positions they need to fill.
Go to the sign-up page, choose the role that fits you (Athlete, Parent, Coach, Scout or Manager) and follow the prompts. Once your account is created you can complete your profile, add media and start discovering people and opportunities.
Yes. You can create an account, build a profile and explore the platform on a Free plan. A Pro membership unlocks additional capabilities such as photo albums and higher limits. You can start free and upgrade whenever you are ready.
Athletes showcase their ability and get discovered. Parents manage a child athlete's profile on their behalf. Coaches and scouts evaluate athletes and manage recruiting activity. Managers create and run teams, build rosters and post open positions. Each role sees the tools that matter most to them.
Athlete profiles
A profile includes a banner and avatar, your name and handle, and badges for your role, sport and position. It is organized into tabs for Overview, Professional Details, Career History, Media and, where available, Coach Evaluations, so visitors can quickly understand your story.
Yes. You can feature a highlight video on your profile so coaches and scouts can see you in action right from the top of your page. A strong featured video is one of the most effective ways to get noticed.
Photo albums let you organize and display collections of images on your profile, such as game day, training or team moments. Albums are a Pro feature, so upgrading unlocks the ability to build and show them.
Depending on your sport you can include your class year, position, physical attributes, key stats, career history and professional details. The more complete your profile, the easier it is for the right people to evaluate and reach out.
A verification badge signals a confirmed identity or status on the platform. Verification and Pro membership are separate, so you can be verified without Pro and hold Pro without being verified.
Discovery and recruiting
They use Scoutletic's discovery tools to search by sport, position and the details that matter, then review profiles, highlight videos and stats. Sport-specific scouting pages make it easy to browse athletes within a particular sport.

Teams, coaches and managers
Managers can create a team, set it up with the details that describe the club or program, and invite staff and players to build out the roster.
A team page can include the roster of staff and players, achievements, announcements, videos, and the recruiting needs the team is trying to fill, giving athletes and visitors a full picture of the program.
Yes. Team managers can publish the open positions they are recruiting for, so athletes can discover current needs and reach out or apply with their profile.
Coaches can evaluate athletes and leave notes and assessments. Where evaluations exist for an athlete, they can appear on the athlete's profile to add credibility and context to their development.
Parents and safety
A parent or guardian account is a management account used to look after a young athlete's profile. Parents can help set up and manage the athlete's information and media so families stay involved in the process.
Yes. Parents who manage an athlete can help maintain the athlete's media, including photo albums, keeping the profile current and appropriate.
Scoutletic is designed with families in mind, giving parents a management role and keeping recruiting communication inside the platform. You can review our Safety page for more detail on how we approach a safe experience.
