About the role
Help Scoutletic reach the right audiences and turn awareness into meaningful product adoption. This role spans campaign execution, messaging, measurement and practical growth experiments.
What you will do
- Develop targeted campaigns for athletes, coaches, scouts, teams and sports organizations.
- Create and refine landing-page copy, email campaigns, outreach materials and promotional content.
- Partner with social media and product colleagues to coordinate launches and community initiatives.
- Track campaign performance using analytics, UTMs, funnel metrics and signup conversion data.
- Test messaging, calls to action and audience segments; document what works and what does not.
- Support SEO, content planning, partnerships and lifecycle communications where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and follow applicable email and privacy requirements.
What we are looking for
- Experience in digital marketing, growth, content marketing or demand generation.
- Strong writing, audience research and campaign execution skills.
- Familiarity with web analytics, email platforms, SEO and basic conversion measurement.
- Ability to interpret results and recommend concrete improvements rather than focusing only on impressions.
- Interest in sports, marketplaces or community-driven products is an advantage.
